Heavenly Father I come to your presence in Jesus name. forgive all my sins and cleanse me from all my iniquity with the Blood of Jesus. Send you Holy Spirit with your healing power that my mind and body may be healed from _________ (mention the sickness). My Lord you rebuke every spirit of sickness that I may experience total and complete healing in my mind and body.
